Modules, Options and Applications of the Medis – Clinic system
This module automates all the processes that are generated through the operational flow within a healthcare clinic, with reference to the procedures followed by the patients from the moment of arrival. The operational flow begins by processing the patient’s personal information and scheduling medical investigations, being continued by the actions of carrying out the specific investigations and recording the results, and finally ending up by with cashing the provided medical services.
Provides support for carrying out specific activities within the Call Center Departments. By supplying all the necessary information, this module allows the users to rapidly inform the interlocutor (the patient) about the range of available services, prices, promotions, availability for medical investigations, schedule and medical history. In addition, it is possible to settle a connection between the software application and the telephonic switchboard, offering to users the possibility to identify the caller, granting instant access to their related medical history or price lists.
Web application that integrates with all IT solutions developed by Softeh Plus, which facilitates the process of elaborating particular documents regarding the Personal Data Processing Operations. This module permits text configurations and consents formulation, establishing a secure documentation takeover concerning each patient, defining the purposes for which the personal information would be collected.
This module sustains the automation of all billing processes, including: calculations, cashing the provided medical services within the clinic/medical laboratory, issuing the Fiscal Documentation, tracking the uncollected services for each patient, and generating the necessary records. The application integrates with the Clinic’s cash registers in order to automatically issue the tax receipt.
Software solution designed to manage the activities within specialized doctors’ offices. Used in conjunction with the FrontDesk module, this solution permits the identification of all patients arriving for consultations and clinical investigations, as well as the completion of specific medical reports for each patient. Manages the completion / issuance of diverse required documents such as Medical leave, electronic prescriptions and medical referrals. Assists the specialized doctors through the existing options of accessing a patient’s medical file and medical record. Additionally, it provides storing / collecting / accessing the patient’s external medical documents.
IT solution that integrates with all the tools required to constitute an online environment that supports the execution of medical investigations, including the appointment arrangement, online payment, and automatic information transmission (such as medical investigations results) via e-mail.
Covers the niche of activities resulting from ambulance interventions, namely: permanent records of requests, storing the history of ambulance interventions on the patient level and printing intervention files after completing the required information for each action.
WEB application integrated within the Medis programs suite that allows the responsible staff of a Treatment Base to underline the performance of the specialized procedures effectuated on a patient according to the treatment plan, at the time of the patients’ arrival. The usage of this application is suitable only for medical centers that provide medical recovery operations.
Upholds the management of all specific activities within the Occupational Medicine departments, conferring the possibility to define professions, sets of investigations, companies and employees’ information. This module automates the data processing flow, beginning with the establishment of Skills Forms and up until their completion. Additionally, it allows scheduling / rescheduling examinations (performed either by subcontractors or clinic’s medical staff), that are required to complete the Medical Files. Moreover, it stores a record of the Settlement Contracts for Occupational Medicine services, by automatically calculating the monthly expenses and benefits for each patient.
Centralizes and consolidates the information recorded over the Medis system (and not only) in order to highlight well-defined reports, which can be accessed at any time for analysis and decision support. These options are designed for users to easily create reports and direct them towards insurance companies. Through the wizard assistant, any user, regardless of the level of training, can create real-time reports on several dimensions.
Automates the calculation methods regarding the payment amounts for collaborating doctors, by considering their services and contractual agreements (calculation parameters – fixed amounts, percentages, etc.), as well as the results’ transmission. This module automatically transfers the confirmed results to the ERP-PAA system for billing purposes (suppliers – doctors pro-forma invoices).

This module automatically transfers the confirmed results to the ERP-PAA system for billing purposes.
Provides the framework for developing and printing the medical leave prescribed for a patient, as well as the reporting process towards the Health Insurance Companies for one or multiple conventions regardless of the number of doctors.
WEB application integrated with all medical solutions developed by Softeh Plus that automates the process of generating and finalizing medical prescriptions with reference to the compensated and free medication, in accordance with the legislation in force, ensuring the online reporting process towards the Health Insurance Companies as well. The integration with other medical solutions simplifies the documents’ elaboration, by using the required information from the entire system, ensuring an option to duplicate an existing prescription (a technique widely used in the chronic patients’ case). Furthermore, the application allows the generation of medical prescriptions in an offline mode (a particular case in which the connection with the Insurance Companies’ servers is not working properly).
WEB application integrated with all medical solutions developed by Softeh Plus that automates the process of completing Consumption Forms for each patient, ensuring an adequate analysis and stock management over the offices. Moreover, the application provides the transfer of all primary documents generated from consumption operations towards the ERP-PAA solution, the latter being mandatory for a proper functionality.
Module that integrates with the entire suite of medical applications developed by Softeh Plus that provides the possibility of appending several documents (text, images or any other files) on the patient level, depending on certain criteria (such as the investigation type), having extension opportunities. Various documents can be viewed concurrently (for example: several images on different panels). The solution performs by storing in a logical system all the documents that are generated through medical practices (for example: scanning a medical note and attaching it on the patient’s investigation for a rapid subsequent identification).
This component has as main purpose the collection, storage and presentation of all medical information processed within the computer system on different levels: patient level, medical investigation, investigation requests and health plans. Provides a real support for the specialized doctors in terms of quick access to a patient’s medical history. Due to adaptability, any processed medical information, regardless of medical specialty, can be presented in an organized and structured form over the solution’s interfaces.
Module that ensures the configuration and automatic transmission of contextual SMS to patients and/or doctors, on a settled time frame. Moreover, the application permits the automatic transmission of previously configured SMS, as messages regarding appointment confirmations and important notifications, through approved SMS processors (that are mandatory for a proper functionality).
Module that ensures the configuration of personalized emails (according to the recipient’s necessities: title, subject, attachments etc.) and automatic transmission on a settled time frame towards patients and doctors. Moreover, the application permits the automatic transmission of previously configured emails, as messages regarding appointment confirmations and important notifications, links referring to Telemedicine online investigations, payment information services (through secure payment processors) and medical analysis reports.
IT solution that operates in the extension of the medical software which assures data storing and traceability over the insertions, modifications, and removals produced on the Operational Database structures. Provides a sequential recording of all operations that are generated on the database, by storing the information that is required in identifying the users that performed the modifications.
WEB application that can be integrated within Medical Centers’ websites in connection with the Medis solution, which grants access for a patient to the appointment section in accordance with predefined rules, in order to enable the possibility of self-scheduling the preferred medical specialties or doctors. It is worth mentioning that this solution ensures the proper scheduling procedures within the limits of the timetable declared by the medical center. Moreover, it sustains the management of all appointments regardless of the means of configuration. It integrates with other modules such as Medis EMR as well, forming an advanced solution concerning medical information.
Patient Web Portal – Health Portal, an up-to-date alternative for classic patients’ health records. The online platform provides access for each patient over their own medical information, with respect to: identification data, performed investigations and medical reports, laboratory analysis and the related medical results, list of appointments, hospitalizations details – including adjacent documents, electronic prescriptions, as well as financial information resulting from the offered medical interventions.
WEB solution designed as a digital alternative for the classic medical Reception, which automatically performs a wide range of operations specific to the FrontDesk area. Through the Self Check-In solution, any registered patient (regardless of the scheduling method – on-line or onsite) could reach the Info-Point terminal where, after simply entering the SMS code or scanning the received QR code, could notice the moment of arrival within the Clinic and will receive guidance toward the doctor’s office where the medical investigations will take place.
Functionally, this module ensures (without limitation):
- Opening the medical investigation in FrontDesk module and assigning it to the doctor’s waiting list;
- Providing information regarding the specific doctor’s office;
- Ticket printing – containing information covering the Check-In process (doctor, floor, office, etc.);
- Issuing the patient’s consent;
- POS payment method before or after the medical investigation;
- Printing the medical report.
