Along with the rapid changes in society that have been developed in recent decades, Telemedicine has become a necessity for every medical unit, regardless of its volume. We have integrated the Telemedicine solution in our applications, in order to facilitate the interaction between patients and healthcare professionals, and among the latter as well. This software allows the doctors to perform remote medical consultations, considering that they can simultaneously access the medical information regarding the patient’s medical history.
Modules, Options and Applications of Telemedicine
This module automates all the processes that are generated through the operational flow within a healthcare clinic, with reference to the procedures followed by the patients beginning with processing the patient’s personal information and scheduling medical investigations, being continued by the actions of carrying out the specific investigations and recording the results, and finally ending up by cashing the provided medical services.
Software solution designed to manage the activities within specialized doctors’ offices. Used in conjunction with the FrontDesk module, this solution permits the identification of all patients arriving for consultations and clinical investigations, as well as the completion of the specific medical reports for each patient. Manages the completion / issuance of diverse required documents such as Medical leave, electronic prescriptions and medical referrals. Assists the specialized doctors through the existing options of accessing a patient’s medical file and medical record. Additionally, it provides storing / collecting / accessing the patient’s external medical documents.
Centralizes and consolidates the information recorded over the Medis system (and not only) in order to highlight well-defined reports, which can be accessed at any time for analysis and decision support. These options are designed for users to easily create reports and direct them towards insurance companies. Through the wizard assistant, any user, regardless of the level of training, can create real-time reports on several dimensions.

Zoom is a teleconferencing application commonly used by companies, that along with the COVID-19 outbreak has also become a communication option for those constrained to work from home, or simply for those who want to “escape” the social distance imposed during quarantine period by keeping in touch remotely with friends and co-workers.
Through the eCommerce solution that assures the transactions’ processing directly through BT / integrators, we managed to integrate the online card payments for most eCommerce platforms.
Module that ensures the configuration and automatic transmission of contextual SMS to patients and/or doctors, on a settled time frame. Moreover, the application permits the automatic transmission of previously configured SMS, as messages regarding appointment confirmations and important notifications, through approved SMS processors (that are mandatory for a proper functionality).
Module that ensures the configuration of personalized emails (according to the recipient’s necessities: title, subject, attachments etc.) and automatic transmission on a settled time frame towards patients and doctors. Moreover, the application permits the automatic transmission of previously configured emails, as messages regarding appointment confirmations and important notifications, links referring to Telemedicine online investigations, payment information services (through secure payment processors) and medical analysis reports.
It is ensured the integration with established SMS processors throughout Romania.

Online Appointments. The software ensures:
- Online appointments’ set-up, through the “My Account” portal
- Phone appointments
- E-mail appointments
The appointments portal offers the necessary flexibility in choosing the time slots, revealing information about the doctors’ availability depending on their program.
Medical Investigations Payments:
The payments can be made both prior the investigation (advance payment) and after the performance, depending on the Medical Clinic’s policy. The IT Telemedicine Solution integrates with all existing online payment processors. Therefore, in both cases – advance payment / post-investigation payment – the required documents are issued directly from the application (Invoice, Fiscal Receipt).
Virtual Waiting Room:
Before the scheduled appointment, the patient receives a reminder as a link or as a SMS / email, in order to prepare for the video medical investigation. The link represents the access towards the virtual waiting room. The IT Telemedicine Solution includes a customization module regarding the reminders, in terms of their content, rhythm of transmission and time frame set-up as well.
Actual Video-Audio Medical Investigation:
By using this application, the doctor can visualize patients’ status that have accessed the associated link proceeding to the virtual waiting room. The initiation of the video medical investigation can be done ONLY on the doctor’s initiative, being the only one who can receive general information about the patient’s situation, while having the possibility to manage the appointments as well.
Treatment and registrations:
Doctors have the possibility – directly from the Telemedicine solution – to access the patient’s history, to record the Medical Report, to issue a prescription and to prescribe a medical treatment as well.
Medical History:
After completing the remote medical act, the patient will be able to access through “My Account” platform the medical investigations, the new issued medical documents and the existing medical history as well.
